2. Our Business and Website Purpose
Windorama LLC is a U.S.-based provider of custom premium European windows, doors, facade systems, interior doors, glass systems, and architectural building solutions.
We give homeowners, architects, builders, contractors, developers, and commercial project teams access to advanced European manufacturing, energy-efficient technologies, and project-specific solutions selected for the U.S. market. Every project is reviewed individually to achieve the appropriate balance of design, performance, quality, value, and project requirements.
Our custom systems are manufactured in Europe to project-specific requirements. Depending on the agreed project scope, Windorama LLC may also provide or coordinate product selection, technical product coordination, project documentation, delivery, installation, post-installation service, and warranty support in the United States.
The website provides general information about our company, products, systems, capabilities, and project process. Website content does not by itself constitute a binding quotation, construction specification, warranty, engineering opinion, architectural approval, or contract.
3. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements to use the website for business or transactional purposes.
If you communicate with Windorama LLC on behalf of a property owner, company, contractor, architect, developer, or other organization, you represent that you have sufficient authority to provide information and communicate on that party’s behalf.
4. Project Inquiries and Submitted Information
You may use the website to request information, consultation, project review, preliminary recommendations, or a quotation.
You may provide drawings, photographs, measurements, plans, schedules, specifications, product preferences, project locations, and other project-related information.
You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to Windorama LLC is accurate, complete, current, and authorized for use. Windorama LLC may rely on information supplied by you, your representatives, or other project professionals when preparing recommendations, quotations, product configurations, or project documentation.
Submitting a website form or receiving an initial response does not create a binding commercial, contractor-client, supplier-customer, fiduciary, agency, partnership, or professional-services relationship.
5. Project Review and Product Selection
Windorama LLC reviews each project individually and may recommend products or systems based on available information, design intent, dimensions, performance objectives, budget, project schedule, site conditions, and other relevant requirements.
Recommendations may include different product systems, materials, glazing options, finishes, hardware, configurations, opening types, energy-performance options, security options, or installation approaches.
Final selections remain subject to technical review, availability, manufacturer confirmation, applicable written approvals, and the terms of the final project agreement.
6. Quotations, Estimates, and Project Agreements
Any pricing, estimate, recommendation, lead time, product configuration, availability statement, or preliminary project information provided before a final written agreement is subject to review and revision.
Pricing and project scope may depend on final measurements, approved drawings, product specifications, selected options, quantities, site conditions, installation requirements, material availability, manufacturing requirements, project schedule, taxes, and other project-specific factors.
A project or transaction becomes binding only when the applicable quotation, proposal, order confirmation, invoice, purchase agreement, installation agreement, or other written contract has been accepted in the required manner and any required deposit or payment has been received.
If these Terms conflict with a signed or accepted project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.
7. Custom-Manufactured Products
Many products supplied by Windorama LLC are custom-manufactured, configured, finished, or ordered specifically for an individual project.
Custom specifications may include dimensions, profiles, materials, colors, finishes, glazing, hardware, accessories, opening directions, performance packages, installation details, and quantities.
You are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all applicable quotations, drawings, schedules, specifications, dimensions, configurations, finishes, opening directions, and other project documents before final order confirmation.
Changes requested after approval, deposit, procurement, order placement, or commencement of manufacturing may result in additional charges, revised schedules, manufacturing limitations, or inability to modify or cancel the order.
8. Measurements and Project Conditions
Final product dimensions and installation requirements must be based on verified project information and measurements.
Unless Windorama LLC expressly assumes field-measurement responsibility in a written agreement, the customer or the customer’s authorized project professional is responsible for providing and approving accurate measurements, opening conditions, drawings, and relevant construction information.
Windorama LLC is not responsible for errors, delays, additional work, or incompatibility resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, changed, or unapproved measurements, plans, specifications, site information, or instructions supplied by others.
9. Installation Services
Windorama LLC may provide installation services in the United States when installation is expressly included in the applicable written quotation, proposal, invoice, or project agreement.
The installation scope may include only the work specifically described in the applicable agreement. Any demolition, structural modification, framing, waterproofing, flashing, finishing, electrical work, interior or exterior repairs, painting, access equipment, special lifting, disposal, or other work is included only when expressly stated.
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable site access, confirming that the work area is ready, protecting personal property, disclosing known site hazards, and arranging any customer-responsible permits, approvals, utilities, or supporting work described in the project agreement.
Unexpected site conditions, concealed damage, structural deficiencies, inaccurate existing construction, hazardous materials, access limitations, or work outside the agreed scope may require a written change order, additional charges, or schedule adjustment.
10. Delivery and Project Fulfillment
Delivery requirements, destination, timing, access conditions, unloading responsibilities, storage requirements, and related project obligations will be stated in the applicable quotation, order documents, or project agreement.
Manufacturing and delivery dates are project-specific estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement.
The customer must ensure that the agreed delivery location is accessible and ready to receive the products. Any special access, lifting equipment, restricted delivery windows, storage, redelivery, or other unusual requirements must be disclosed and agreed in advance.
Products should be inspected promptly upon receipt. Visible damage, missing items, or material discrepancies should be documented and reported to Windorama LLC as soon as reasonably possible and within any period stated in the applicable project documents.
11. Payments, Taxes, and Project Charges
Payment amounts, deposits, payment schedules, accepted payment methods, progress payments, final payments, and late-payment terms will be stated in the applicable written project documents.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, website forms do not process payment-card information and do not complete purchases.
Applicable taxes, permit fees, inspection fees, special handling, storage, redelivery, change orders, site-condition work, and other project-specific charges may be added where required by the applicable agreement or law.
12. Cancellations, Returns, and Changes
Cancellation, return, refund, and order-change rights are governed by the applicable quotation, invoice, order confirmation, project agreement, manufacturer requirements, and mandatory law.
Because many products are custom-manufactured or project-specific, an order may become non-cancelable and non-refundable after approval, deposit, procurement, order placement, or commencement of manufacturing, as stated in the applicable written agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
13. Product, Installation, and Service Warranties
Product, installation, service, and workmanship warranties are provided only as specified in the applicable written agreement, warranty document, manufacturer warranty, or other project documentation.
Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, claim procedures, required maintenance, and available remedies may vary by product, manufacturer, configuration, installation scope, and project.
Windorama LLC may provide warranty support, service coordination, inspection, adjustment, repair, replacement assistance, or other post-installation services where included in the applicable warranty or project agreement.
Warranty coverage may not apply to damage or performance issues caused by misuse, impact, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, work performed by others, building movement, structural defects, water intrusion unrelated to the supplied product or agreed installation scope, failure to follow maintenance requirements, ordinary wear, or other exclusions stated in the applicable warranty documentation.
14. Product Information and Visual Materials
Product descriptions, photographs, renderings, drawings, videos, colors, finishes, glass appearance, samples, dimensions, technical information, and specifications displayed on the website are provided for general information and illustration.
Actual products may vary because of monitor settings, lighting, natural material characteristics, manufacturing tolerances, supplier updates, selected configurations, technical requirements, or approved project modifications.
Final products, specifications, performance values, finishes, and configurations are determined by the applicable approved project documents.
15. Energy, Thermal, Acoustic, and Security Performance
Energy, thermal, acoustic, weather, structural, and security performance depends on the selected system, dimensions, glazing, hardware, configuration, installation, building conditions, climate, testing method, and other project-specific factors.
Any specific performance value, rating, certification, resistance class, or product claim applies only when expressly identified for the applicable product and configuration in written technical or project documentation.
General website descriptions should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every product or configuration will achieve the same performance.
16. Professional Services Disclaimer
Windorama LLC provides architectural building products, technical product information, project-specific product selection, coordination, and related project services.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement and performed by an appropriately licensed professional, Windorama LLC does not provide architectural, engineering, legal, or other licensed professional services.
Property owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and other project professionals remain responsible for all professional design, structural review, code compliance, permit, safety, egress, energy-code, and construction responsibilities assigned to them by law or contract.
17. User-Submitted Materials
You retain ownership of materials you submit, subject to the permissions reasonably necessary for Windorama LLC to evaluate and process your request.
By submitting drawings, photographs, plans, measurements, schedules, specifications, messages, or other materials, you authorize Windorama LLC to use, reproduce, store, transmit, adapt, and share those materials with employees, manufacturers, suppliers, consultants, installers, service providers, and other project participants as reasonably necessary to review, quote, coordinate, manufacture, deliver, install, service, or support the requested project.
You represent that you own the submitted materials or have sufficient authority to provide them and authorize their use. Do not submit confidential or proprietary materials belonging to another party without authorization.
18. Acceptable Use
You may not use the website to:

- Use automated systems to scrape, copy, overload, probe, or exploit the website without written authorization.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation, project, or intentions.
Windorama LLC may restrict access or take other reasonable protective action when necessary to protect the website, users, systems, business operations, or legal rights.
19. Intellectual Property
The website and its text, branding, logos, graphics, layouts, photographs, renderings, videos, downloadable materials, product presentations, and other content are owned by or licensed to Windorama LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and print website content for personal or internal project-evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
20. Third-Party Products, Services, and Links
Windorama LLC may work with or reference independent manufacturers, system providers, suppliers, technology providers, contractors, and other third parties depending on project requirements.
The availability of a third-party brand, product, system, logo, link, or reference on the website does not necessarily mean that the third party is an exclusive or official partner of Windorama LLC.
The website may link to third-party websites or use independent hosting, email, live-chat, analytics, mapping, social-media, or other services. Windorama LLC is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, or independent conduct of third parties.
21. Delays and Events Outside Reasonable Control
Project schedules may be affected by material availability, manufacturing conditions, product approvals, customer changes, site conditions, carrier delays, weather, labor disruptions, government actions, natural events, emergencies, or other circumstances outside Windorama LLC’s reasonable control.
Where such circumstances occur, Windorama LLC may reasonably adjust estimated schedules, sequencing, delivery, installation, or project performance without being considered in breach solely because of the affected timing.
22. Website Availability and Disclaimer
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. Windorama LLC does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, or free from harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Windorama LLC disclaims warranties concerning the website and general website content, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Product, installation, workmanship, and service warranties are governed only by the applicable written warranty, project agreement, order documents, and mandatory law.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Windorama LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from website use, inability to use the website, reliance on general website information, loss of data, loss of profits, or unauthorized access.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Project-specific liability, remedies, warranties, and limitations are governed by the applicable written project agreement and mandatory law.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Windorama LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, unauthorized submission of third-party materials, or infringement of another party’s rights.

Electronic approvals, acknowledgments, signatures, and records may be used in connection with quotations, orders, project documents, installation agreements, warranties, and other transactions, subject to applicable law and project-specific requirements.

These Terms and disputes concerning the website are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.
Any legal proceeding concerning these Terms or the website must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
28. Changes to These Terms
Windorama LLC may update these Terms when the website, products, services, business practices, or legal requirements change.
The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
29. Severability and Waiver

A failure by Windorama LLC to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
